Professional Profile
I am a business, engineering, and military leader with more than 24 years of experience across defense programs, federal operations, software development, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, emergency management, and technical team leadership.
My background includes leadership roles supporting DoD missile defense, federal systems, operational decision support, software development, test analysis, data analysis, and mission focused engineering work. I currently serve as a Business Unit Deputy and senior manager, where I help coordinate technical execution, staffing, funding, customer engagement, risk, schedules, and deliverables across complex federal programs.
I began my career as an engineer, and that technical foundation still shapes how I lead. I have hands on experience with software development, modeling and simulation, analytical tools, data workflows, automated testing, integration, and engineering process improvement. That background helps me communicate effectively with engineers, analysts, developers, program leaders, and government customers.
In parallel with my civilian career, I serve as a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard with experience in emergency management, CBRN, HAZMAT, disaster preparedness, readiness, risk assessment, Emergency Operations Center support, and personnel leadership. This military experience has strengthened my approach to leadership, accountability, standards, communication, and decision making under pressure.
